The magnetic filter is
mainly used in the separation of liquid medium containing fineness iron
components, so as to achieve the required liquid medium process

medicine, cosmetics, fine chemical industry, etc.
The magnetic
filter is a combination of filter screen and strong magnetic material,
which has great coercivity, and its adsorption capacity is ten times
better than the general magnetic materials. The magnetic filter can
adsorb the micron level ferromagnetism pollutants even from the
instantaneous flow impact or high velocity flow. Besides, it can
overcome the situation that the ferromagnetism pollutants are adsorbed
again, which avoids the block of hydraulic components or the attrition
of friction couples, prolonging the service life of the hydraulic
components and hydraulic system, and enhancing the reliability of the
hydraulic system. Its center is a cylindrical permanent magnet, and the
magnet’s external cover is made of non-magnetic material. Outside the
cover are a number of hoops, which are connected by copper strips, and
maintaining a certain gap between each ring. When the iron magnetic
impurity through the iron ring gap, it will be adsorbed on the iron
ring, which plays the role of filtering. In order to clean easily, the
ring is divided into two halves, when impurity blocks the clearance, the
hoops can be removed for cleaning, and then loaded on repeated use.
